MODULAR CLEAN ROOM AND WALL PARTITION PANELS

Aseptic offers quality pre-engineered, prefabricated modular clean room panelling systems, including wall partitions, flexible ceiling systems and door panels.

Aseptic's wall partition panels are independently removable and non-progressive in design. The panels are flammable and available in aluminium with polyester coatings, pure polyester-coatings and stain brush finishes. The panels are prefabricated and pre-engineered to custom-made sizes for accommodating accessories such as specially designed hermetically-sealed either side viewing panels, service panels, cable managers, hatch through boxes, etc. The panels are also equipped with return air riser ducts that possess effective pre-filter and flush grill fixing capacities.

WALKABLE CEILING PANELS

Our walkable ceiling panels are designed and installed with the utmost care to ensure optimum clean room insulation from the outside environment. The panels are independently removable, non-progressive and coated in the same materials as Aseptic's wall partition panels.

The panels are prefabricated and pre-engineered to custom made sizes for accommodating sterile type tube light fittings, flush grills, pendants, etc. A trench is provided between two panels to accommodate cables for light fixtures. The walkable ceiling system ensures easy accessibility and sturdiness for servicing.

DOOR PANELS

Aseptic specialises in manufacturing clean room door panels. The company produces a variety of hinged and sliding doors to specific requirements. The doors are designed to the same flatness, tight sealing, and easy cleaning specifications used for our wall panels range. Our door panels are flammable and coated in a range of skin finishes including pure polyester, PVDF, pure polyester, GI panels and stain brush finished SS panels. Door sizes are custom-built in single leaf and double leaf configurations. The doors feature either side viewing functionality and are designed to operate with a variety of fixtures and fittings such as auto drop door seal panels, special fittings for emergency doors and all other standard access features.
