STERILE GLOVES

At Guardline Technology we have a wide selection of sterile gloves, suitable for use in pharmaceutical and medical plants.

The range includes established items, for example the Profeel latex surgical glove, and innovative products such as Profeel synthetic and acrylonitrile non latex gloves. Non sterile gloves for wider general wider use are also available.

While latex provides excellent fit and dexterity it has become replaced by nitrile in many areas due to concerns about latex allergies. Guardline offer a range of nitrile gloves in sterile and non sterile presentations.

CLEAN ROOM WIPES

Flexibility in terms of size, packaging, quantity and fabric choice means that the Guardline clean room wipe range caters for every application. From the economy of WhiteGuard wipes, to the precision of Guardline micro-denier wipes, we can supply any requirement and class, from 1 to 10,000. They can be packed in bulk or smaller quantities and supplied pre-sterilised with certificates of conformity and sterility.

MICRO-DENIER CLEAN ROOM WIPES

Micro-denier clean room wipes features include:

POLYESTER CLEAN ROOM WIPES

NON-WOVEN WIPES

WhiteGuard products are non-woven wipes made from a spun-laced blend of cellulose and polyester, combining absorbency with soft strength. They provide superior strength and absorbency and low levels of ions, and are organic extractable.

These non-woven wipes are manufactured without binders or surfactants and ideal for absorbing spills of solvents and ionised water in the clean room.

VERIGUARD CLEAN ROOM WIPES

Features of our Veriguard clean room wipes include:

• IPA tub wipes sterile and non-sterile
• Used for cleaning benches, equipment and other surfaces
• Compatible plastic tubs with flip-up lids
• Convenient for use on bench top
• 200mm x 200mm perforated viscose / rayon wipes on a roll
• Saturated with a 70% / 30% mix of isopropyl / alcohol and deionised water

STERILE CLEAN ROOM CLOTHING

Guardline has manufactured disposable and permanent clothing since 1981; our highly skilled staff work with a variety of non-woven fabrics, and the ISO 9001 quality system.

Guardline’s flexibility of manufacture is unrivalled, and many extra features can be designed into our garments, including logos, pockets and sizing alterations.

Our dedicated laundry has the highest grade of water in the industry, and it is used in all sections of the wash programme; only clean room compatible detergents are used and bar code and testing come as standard.

MEDICAL AND CLEAN ROOM OVERSHOES

Overshoes have been a Guardline speciality for almost 30 years. Our extremely wide choice meets not only the demands of clean rooms and medical applications, but those of general industry too.

Apart from standard products we specialise in bespoke solutions. From overshoes for use by factory visitors, to conductive overshoes that prevent static build-up, the guard tech range has it covered.

CLEAN ROOM PAPER AND STERILE FACE MASKS

Clean room paper that can be autoclaved is available in five different colours. Sterile face masks individually or bulk packed are also in the Guardline range.

PROTECTIVE MOB CAPS, PEAKED CAPS, SNOOD CAPS AND HOODS

Mob caps for less stringent applications and for extra cover under permanent garments, peaked caps, snood caps and hoods in a variety of fabrics and options are made by Guardline's highly skilled machinists.

We offer three service levels of processing contract and a separate industrial wash service for lab and warehouse garments. We are approved by major pharmaceutical companies and the NHS.
