Our activities also include the manufacture of patented COMPLIANCE 100® cleanroom wipes and mops. Impregnated versions assist GMP customers achieve effective cleanroom cleaning and disinfection, agent rotation with strong supply chain management. COMPLIANCE 100® CLEANING SYSTEMS As owners of large scale, high classification cleanrooms ourselves, we realise both the importance of maintaining these to prescribed standards, and also ensuring this is an efficient and rapid process. Micronclean's R&D department developed a dedicated cleanroom mopping system - Compliance 100® The Compliance 100® mop was designed in conjunction with FHP Vileda to specifically remove the need for buckets, wringers and trolleys in cleanrooms, and provide a cost effective, fast and GMP compliant, sterile system. This is a re-processable mop which when backed up by Micronclean logistics ensures GMP compliance is assured, even down to pre-impregnation of the mops with a controlled rotational disinfectant pair and automatically alternated to meet current inspection requirements. COMPLIANCE 100® DRY AND IMPREGNATED CLEANROOM WIPESTo complete the decontamination programme for regulated cleanroom users a full range of dry and impregnated wipes has been developed this year. Establishing new heights of quality and security the range is completely manufactured in our Skegness class 100 cleanrooms, allows easy EU auditing whilst dual sourcing of all components and distribution via the Micronclean fleet ensures a fully managed supply chain is clear and secure and cost effective. Both fully decontaminated knitted fabrics and synthetic non-woven media make up the range, with a unique dual layer product breaking new ground in effective hard surface cleaning. Impregnated wipes are dosed with 70% Isopropyl Alcohol ( IPA ) and 30% water for injection ( WFI ) to USP specifications. All our wipes are gamma sterilised and manufactured under strict GMP,which is supported by a comprehensive validation guide. CLEANROOM GARMENT CONTRACT HIRE We offer a wide range of supporting contract types to ensure all customers' needs are accommodated. Most popular are the full rental programmes, where users hire cleanroom garments, the price for this includes barcode identification, corporate logos, decontamination, gamma sterilisation, logistics and quality testing, plus repairs and tracking system reports and administrative visits to ensure the smooth running of your account. Garments are offered from both a 'core' stock of standard designs and fabrics, and are also developed in conjunction with the customer to meet specific applications such as employing water resistant fabrics or using anti-static / electrostatic dissipative (ESD) construction techniques. Quality is 'built-in' to the Micronclean ethic, starting with ISO 9001:2000 systems and continuing into our batch traceability and certification systems, which are both issued with our deliveries and retained for 5 years for your security. Central to the service is the decontamination step; this is performed to class A of the ASTM standard at the Skegness cleanroom, and Class C of the ASTM at our Louth semi-cleanroom facility. MICRONCLEAN LOUTH CLASS 1,000 CLEANROOM FACILITY A substantial investment of over £7.5 million in 2003 yielded Micronclean's Louth class 1,000 cleanroom facility. Designed to meet the needs of intermediate cleanroom users such as manufacturers of solid dose forms, medical devices, coatings, or cleanroom undergarments, where low shedding /linting and fine control of named wearer designed systems is an absolute requirement. Probably the most automated laundry plant in Europe if not the world, this facility operates thanks to each garment being individually identified via an RF 'chip'. This enables tracking and traceability, to never before heard of level. We can automatically sort your cleaned and individually wrapped garments into any programmed order you required: by locker, by name, by department, by style etc – there are no limits!
