Our in-house research programs provide a continuous source of novel, unique chiral building blocks, such as specialty amino acids, diversely substituted nitrogen- and oxygen-heterocycles and peptide building blocks, with multiple handles for further structural modification. Around central scaffolds, focussed compound libraries complying with our client's structure / activity criteria can be designed and produced using our state-of-the-art automated parallel synthesis facility. Its modular and highly flexible setup, suitable for both solution phase and solid phase chemistries, makes the facility ideally suited for the preparation of focussed compound libraries, as well as for rapid screening and optimization of reaction conditions.
