Pharmaceutical Development Services purchases Tudor Health Care

Pharmaceutical Development Services Ltd (PDS) is pleased to announce that it has purchased the assets and goodwill of Tudor Health Care Ltd.
All of the existing Tudor Health Care staff have been retained by PDS, which will continue to operate a regulatory affairs and quality assurance consultancy service from Nottingham, as well as from its existing offices in Guildford. The founder and owner of Tudor Health, David Williams, has semi-retired but has been retained by PDS as a senior consultant for a period of up to six months following the date of the sale.
The Tudor staff have moved into new premises in BioCity Nottingham. The new postal address, telephone and fax numbers are given below; however, the e-mail contact details will remain unchanged.

Tudor Health Care has been operating as an independent consultancy company for over 25 years and has built up a strong client base, particularly in the area of herbal and OTC medicines, medical devices and borderline products. This complements PDS experience in new medicines, novel drug delivery systems and biotechnology products.
With the acquisition of Tudor Health Care, a wider range of regulatory projects will be able to be undertaken by PDS. The company will also be able to expand Tudor's provision of validation and Quality Assurance advice and QP services. The Directors of PDS see the purchase of Tudor's business as an exciting stage of growth for PDS and will enable them to offer clients a more comprehensive service.
