New Developments at the Nutraceutical Plant

In order to expand the offer for liquid products in monodose bottles, Fine Foods NTM SpA has bought from Marchesini Group a new machine for filling bottles with liquid, model ML662, able to handle 150 bottles per minute. Coupled with a new cap-filling line for powders, bought from MG2, model FUTURA/T, handling 14.000 caps per hour, it will guarantee a strong extra-capacity for the nutraceutical plant.
In order to expand the production capacity of blistering lines, a new box-filling machine model MP160 has been bought at Monolab. Coupled with blistering lines MB960, it will speed-up the output both for hard-gel capsules as for tablets, when offered as boxed blisters.
Works go on no-stop at the food supplement production plant located in Zingonia-Verdellino. The external shell of the building is finished. Now are starting internal works for fitting new production areas.
