Unither Acquires Creapharm

Unither, European leader in sterile single doses, has just acquired the Creapharm Group, another French pharmaceutical contract manufacturer with strong positions in production of dry and liquid forms (in particular effervescent tablets), in analytical and galenic development as well as in monitoring and distribution of clinical batches.
In 2005 the new Company will turnover almost €75 Million, will operate 4 manufacturing plants together with an R&D centre in France and will employ more than 500 people.
Unither's objective is to become a European multi-specialist Contract Manufacturing Organisation (CMO), combining a strong R&D capacity and state-of-the-art manufacturing plants, in order to offer its customers product solutions, which meet the needs of end users, proscribers and patients.
