Change of Shareholder

Unither has recently modified its equity: ING Parcom has replaced Société Générale Capital Europe (SGCE) as main shareholder. ING Parcom is a private equity company like SGCE.
This move will enable Unither to pursue its development through organic growth or acquisition in order to be a key player in the European Pharmaceutical Contract Manufacturing market.
