REXTOP-1%

Systopic Lab is a pioneer in developing Rextop-1% gel with one per cent concentration. Rextop-1% gel is a methotrexate in a hydroxyl gel base for psoriasis. Rextop-1% gel reduces the side effects of methotrexate when administered systemically.

ACNESONE GEL

Acnesone gel offers oral dapsone for acne management. On usage, dapsone will optimise the delivery of the drug to the desired part while limiting the amount of drug systemically.

Systopic Lab is the only company in India to have such formulation. The American Academy of Dermatology has approved topical dapsone as an effective and safe topical treatment for acne vulgaris. The USFDA has also approved the product.

AF-400 / ANTI-FUNGAL

The AF-400 / anti-fungal offers higher strength Fluconazole a potent anti-fungal, which has a broad spectrum. The AF-400 / anti-fungal is an effective anti-fungal agent and is used especially to treat infections caused by Candida albicans and Cryptococcus neoformans.

The AF-400 / anti-fungal is the first branded anti-fungal medicine that contains 400mg of fluconazole. The AF-400 / anti-fungal, the new subclass of synthetic triazale anti-fungal agent, should be taken stat and repeated in one week.

TOPISAL POTENT TOPICAL STEROID + KERATOLYTIC AGENT

Systopic offers Topisal potent topical steroid + keratolytic agent, which is meant for local anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressive activity. Clobetasol is a potent topical steroid and available as an ointment. The Topisal potent topical steroid + keratolytic agent is highly suited for dry scaly conditions of skin. It is the first brand with a 6% salicylic acid advantage for pronounced keratolytic activity.

The topical steroid and anti-inflammatory combination formulation reduces the thickness of the stratum corneum. It also increases the shedding of corneocytes in normal skin.

AMACE–BP FOR HYPERTENSION

Systopic’s AMACE–BP is highly effective for managing cardiac ischemia and hypertension. The AMACE–BP consists of amlodipine 5mg and benazepril 10mg, controlling hypertension and effectively managing stage two systolic hypertension in geriatric patients. AMACE-BP is very effective in patients who are unresponsive to monotherapy. The AMACE–BP is the USFDA fixed dose combination of a calcium channel blocker with a diuretic agent.
