The newly developed spheronised pharmaceutical Mannitol products combine the unique and well acknowledged characteristics of compendial Mannitol with exceptional processing features as a result of innovative spheronisation technologies.

OroCell types 200 and 400 are mainly used in direct compression for immediate release, and in particular for Oral Dispersible Tablet (ODT) preparations. They can also be used in capsule and sachet filling operations as well as a starter material for drug substance layering and film-coating applications.

Due to its unique production process OrocCell combines excellent flow, dilution and compression behavior. The outstanding disintegration performance and appealing taste with a cooling sensation are essential characteristics for its use as an excipient in ODT formulations.

Pharmatrans Sanaq AG has specialized in pharmaceutical excipients for solid dosage forms for 25 years and offers a wide range of microcrystalline cellulose, sodium starch glyocolate, croscarmellose sodium, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, sugar spheres and microcrystalline cellulose spheres.
