Olink Bioscience - Reagent Kits for Highly Sensitive Protein Detection

Olink Bioscience is commercializing cutting-edge technologies for analysis of proteins and nucleic acids. These novel tools enable researchers to see further into biology revealing new insights into basic science, drug development, and diagnostics. Reagent kits for detection and localization of protein interactions in situ

The Duolink kit offers a fast, reliable and higher throughput alternative to co-IP assays. For the first time, any protein target can be readily detected and localized at the same time with single molecule resolution. Utilizing only a few cells, sub-cellular events, even transient or weak interactions, are revealed in situ and sub-populations of cells can be differentiated.

Proteins, their interactions and modifications, can also be objectively and accurately quantified in unmodified cells and tissues. Each Duolink kit consists of customizable kit components and can be configured to meet specific assay requirements. In addition to the kit components you will also need two primary antibodies raised in different species.

Reagent kits for protein quantification in small sample volumes

Proseek is intended to be used for detection and quantification of a single protein in suspension, e.g. plasma and serum. It offers the same level of simplicity and openness as an ELISA but requires only 1µl sample volume, which enables you to make better use of your precious samples, e.g. from limited biobanked material and small animal models. It also delivers excellent assay performance from a simple working procedure.

The simple technology concept ensures specificity, sensitivity and reliability. It also offers the benefits of detection using real-time PCR, allowing quantification of both relative and absolute protein levels. With very little optimization required new assays can be developed for any target protein within a day. The Proseek kit consists of three components that can be ordered separately.
