The AmegaView environmental monitoring system is a centralized, computer-based environmental monitoring system that provides complete environmental data acquisition and alarm notification in any regulated facility.

ENVIRONMENTAL MONITORING, LOGGING AND SOFTWARE

Amega's environmental monitoring hardware packages perform all the necessary environmental monitoring functions, independent of individual computer interfaces.

The AmegaView monitoring system is capable of monitoring analogue inputs such as temperature, pressure and humidity, and digital inputs such as switch closures. Each input / output board (AS-connect panel) is able to supply digital outputs. It is also capable of remote notification via an optional user-programmable telephone dialer (AmegaDial).

RELIABLE AND ACCESSIBLE ENVIRONMENTAL MONITORING DATA

Amega's systems are capable of being programmed and monitored by multiple users simultaneously via the company network. The AmegaNet system uses double redundancy to ensure that the data gathered is never lost. Each AS-connect panel gathers data from individual probes and stores it in its memory. It is then transferred to the AS-gateway via the AmegaNet where it is again stored before being sent to your PC via the company Ethernet.

All inputs and outputs are fully isolated and will store and forward all data digitally to the Amega controller (AS-gateway). Each AS-gateway is capable of supporting up to 32 AS-connect panels in a token ring local network. This network is fully redundant and can continue to function even if a communications wire is cut.

The gateway will also be connected to a Local Area Network (LAN) via an Ethernet (RJ-45) 10-Base-T connection. Up to 10 gateways are supported by the system and can be programmed via a PC workstation running the AmegaView Windows-based multi-user software.

SECURE AND VALIDATED ENVIRONMENTAL MONITORING

Amega's systems are designed with federal regulations in mind and are fully validated. Amega implements over 100 years of industry experience in producing IQ / OQ / PQ documentation that meets or exceeds FDA guidelines.

The system software is completely 21-CFR-11 compliant, including the provision to log invalid pass code entry attempts. It has a complete activity event audit trail. You can view any change to the system without obscuring previous information. Any logged activity can have an unalterable user comment attached. All the data on the system is encrypted so it cannot be altered. Despite this encryption, along with the customizable reports in the AmegaView software, you can easily export the data to Microsoft Excel over any date range you want.
