The Gilson PREPFC™ fraction collector, now available from Anachem is an ideal solution that includes a three-way valve providing flow rates up to 200ml/min. PREPFC’S narrow footprint saves space; while allowing a large bed capacity. The flexible, easy-to-use elevating tray accommodates vessels of various sizes from 9ml test tubes to 1L bottles with Gilson’s new Code 90-series racks. Repetitive collection loops and piggybacking four PREPFC systems is permissible with a stackable shelving system.
TRILUTION™ LC software controls of all aspects of fraction collection for the PREPFC, including creating and adding custom racks, setting the FC parameters, modes and windows, selecting user-defined collection patterns plus other features that make setup and use quick and easy. TRILUTION LC offers enhanced fraction collection capabilities specifically designed for purification and preparative LC. These include conditional logic FC, graphical FC optimisation, front, tail, peak FC capabilities, and much more.
