Flexus Crystal is a highly flexible liquid handler with a unique syringeless pumping system that guarantees unsurpassed pipetting accuracy and precision while using various types of liquids, including viscous, volatile and aqueous reagents. The versatile eight-probe Flexi-span pipettors create faster and more flexible liquid transfers with optional liquid-level detection to ensure assay integrity. Plates can be moved from on-deck stacking racks using the 270° rotational plate gripper, and plate holders help to ensure accurate positioning for protein dispensing. For enhanced automation, additional options are available including nano-dispensing, barcode reading and plate sealing.
Flexus Crystal software allows you to design your experiments like a scientist, letting the instrument take care of tedious pipetting tasks that are otherwise time-consuming and difficult to perform. The software has the ability to store custom screens created from stock reagents on a local database.
