The New Autoclavable Gilson Tower Pack is one of the easiest tip refill systems available today. It automatically loads 96 tips in seconds into the Gilson universal reload box. Now the entire Tower Pack can be autoclaved for 20 minutes at 121° C for added convenience when sterility is a concern. A gamma irradiated pre-sterilised version is also available.
Tower Pack saves time, simplifies work, reduces costs and minimises plastic waste. Compared to standard pre-racked boxes this new refill system tidys up the laboratory and optimises storage. Tower Pack contains 10 stacked layers of 96 tips that reduce plastic waste by 74% compared to individual racks. In addition, the system is 100% recyclable.
The universal reloading box is compatible with all Gilson Diamond™ tips sizes. Constructed of shock resistant polycarbonate it is durable and autoclavable. It's unique Rocky Rack concept allows effortless pick ups with multichannel pipettes.
Traceability for GLP Laboratories is easy as all Diamond refills are colour coded and the batch number is engraved on the box. The certificate guarantees manufacturing quality and absence of metal contaminants.
