Portable full-featured particle counters

Climet currently holds seven patents in the field of particle count and has pioneered portable full-featured particle counters, with each product incorporating one or more of the following innovations: stainless steel enclosure, battery operation and significant reductions in instrument size and weight. These innovations have not come at the cost of performance as the battery-operated products provide sensitivities of airborne particles from 0.1µm to 0.3µm.

Full-featured airborne particle counters

Climet offers a wide range of airborne particle counters, including the following:

• CI-1053 – the smallest, lightest and fastest particle counter on the market, this unit meets or exceeds ISO 21501-4, counts 0.5µm, 1µm, 3µm and 5µm particles, and communicates via RS-232, Ethernet modbus and TCP/IP; at 100l/min, this unit can sample continuously for four hours
• CI-753 – this full-featured airborne particle counter communicates via RS-232, Ethernet modbus and TCP/IP, and can sample continuously for four hours at 75l/min
• CI-750t – this particle counter for 75l/min features automatic pass/fail report for FS-209E, ISO 14644 or EU GMP Annex 1, and achieves 21CFR11 compliance with optional software
• CI-453 – this unit counts 0.3µm, 0.5µm, 1µm and 5µm particles, communicates via RS-232, Ethernet modbus and TCP/IP, and can sample continuously for five hours at 50l/min
• CI-450t – featuring automatic pass/fail report for FS-209E, ISO 14644 or EU GMP Annex 1, this unit achieves 21CFR11 compliance with optional software
• CI-153 – this full-featured airborne particle counter for 1CFM counts 0.3µm, 0.5µm, 1µm and 5µm particles, communicates via RS-232, Ethernet modbus and TCP/IP, and can sample continuously for six hours.
• CI-150t – this counter features automatic pass/fail report for FS-209E, ISO 14644 or EU GMP Annex 1 and achieves 21CFR11 compliance with optional software

Microbial samplers

Climet’s microbial samplers are specially designed to minimize particle emissions, are designed for industry-standard 90mm Petri dishes, and feature a filtered exhaust and automatic flow control.

• CI-90 – this is the first microbial sampler designed to Climet standards, and is designed specifically to be in compliance with ISO 14698
• CI-95 – a microbial sampler that uses impaction technology, this is designed specifically to comply with ISO 14698

Remote particle sensors

Climet CI-3100 series remote particle sensors detect microscopic particles in controlled environments and critical processes. CI-3100 remote sensors are available with flow rates of 1.0CFM and minimum sensitivities of 0.5µm. Power may be supplied from a local 24VDC source or a standard AC line. Many choices are available for outputs, such as RS-232, RS-485, or 4mA-20mA proportional to count. Sensors may operate from house vacuum or they may be ordered with self-contained vacuum pumps at 1CFM. Key features and benefits include:
