AUTOSAMPLER SYRINGES FOR PRECIX GC COLUMNS AND POLYMER HPLC COLUMNS

Our range of syringes has been revised to make it easier to grasp as a whole. The range of autosampler syringes for precix GC columns and polymer HPLC column devices is now listed by type of device. This range covers all the main manufacturers. Hamilton UHMW-PE syringes show their worth by their long life cycle. They stand up to use with aqueous, saline solutions containing up to 30g of salt per litre.

POLYMER HPLC COLUMNS, PRECIX GC COLUMNS AND BULK RESINS

Hamilton offers a comprehensive range of polymer HPLC columns, precix GC columns and bulk resins. More than 18 different phases are available. The columns are used for synthetic DNA purification, protein and peptide purification, analysis of organic and inorganic ions, analysis of sugars and alcohols and for the analysis of drugs. The phases can be used for pH 0 to 14 and are rated for pressures until 350bar. Hamilton has a collection of more than 1,000 application notes.

MANUAL SOFTGRIP™ AND ELECTRONIC SOFTOUCH™ PIPETTES

The soft ergonomic shape and low plunger forces of the SoftGrip™ pipette mean less user fatigue. Overall, use of the SoftGrip™ pipette decreases the risk factors associated with pipette-related stress injuries such as carpal tunnel syndrome. The pipette is autoclavable at 121°C without the need for disassembly or recalibration.

With the SofTouch™ pipette seven different pipetting modes can be performed with a feather touch of the start button, simplifying even the most labour intensive and time consuming pipetting tasks. Programming is simple and intuitive with a user-friendly interface.

NEW PRECISION SYRINGE DRIVE - PSD/8

The PSD/8 (Precision Syringe Drive/8) module is a highly integrated, self-contained syringe drive module that can be used as a single unit or can be daisy chained in a system that uses up to 16 units. The precision manufactured body provides a rugged platform for system components that results in greater accuracy and precision. To assure the outstanding accuracy and precision, each PSD/8 is provided with a National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) traceable performance test report performed on that module.

The PSD/8 can be fitted with a variety of valve and syringe combinations. With a choice of materials like PTFE, CTFE, FEP, UHMWPE, ceramic and borosilicate glass, a reliable turnkey system can be assembled to meet the requirements of the most demanding applications. RS-232, 485, 15 location EEPROM method storage, three digital output ports and two digital input ports provide versatile control of the PSD/8, allowing it to be used in a variety of system configurations.
