AIRBORNE PARTICLE COUNTER - MODEL KC-24

Cleanroom environmental monitoring is a critical part of any manufacturing or testing process from semiconductor processing, to injection packaging, or even automotive painting. RION continues to simplify this process with the newest, most innovative, easiest to use airborne particle counting systems on the market.

Our KC-24 model features 0.1µm detection with 1.0 CFM flow rate, and a diode-pumped solid-state laser which allows compact, lightweight construction. This quick and simple air purity evaluation system is designed to meet ISO 14644-1 quality standards. Printers are available as a factory option.

HAND HELD PARTICLE COUNTER - MODEL KR-12A

RION's KR-12A hand held particle counter is small, efficient and handy, and offers superb user-friendliness and cost efficiency. The model boasts state-of-the-art cleanroom monitoring features, including:

• 0.3µm detection (6 channels) with 0.1 CFM flow rate
• Eight-hour continuous operation with rechargeable battery (two hour charge time)
• Integrated temperature / humidity sensor
• Pressure sensor feedback circuit performs automatic flow control
• Memory for 500 data sets
• Data transfer to computer via RS-232C (software included)
• Connection to multi-monitoring system / serial printer

LIQUID-BORNE PARTICLE COUNTER FOR PHARMACEUTICALS - MODEL KL-04

Our KL-04 model is designed for ease of use and operator / administrator security, in accordance with USP, JP and EP requirements. Features include:

• Measurement range of 1.3µm to 100µm
• Sensor resolution accuracy tolerance within 10% according to USP 25 <788> method
• Selectable display language: English, German, French or Japanese

The model is an all-in-one system, including sensor, sampler and computer. Software allows for automatic calibration, and the integrated hard disk can store measurement data up to several years. Data can also be stored in the integrated tape drive, and transmitted through easy connections to either printer or network.

IN-LINE DI WATER MONITORING - MODEL XP-L4

The XP-L4 model is designed for real-time monitoring of particle contamination in DI water, and can be directly installed in the DI water line for convenient process monitoring. D/A converter, clean air purge unit is built in as standard, and XP-L4 boasts the following options:

• Two size channels (0.05µm, 0.1µm and over) or four size channels (0.05µm, 0.1µm, 0.15µm, 0.2µm and over)
• Optional high-pressure check valve can be installed for high-pressure sample fluids
• DPU-414 printer connection available

PARTICLE DETECTION IN ANY APPLICATION - MODEL KS-40AF

RION's KS-40AF boasts the highest detection efficiency in the world at 0.1µm, including a high-output laser diode and newly developed flow cell for 0.1micron particle detection measurement. The model's repeated measurement function assures precise results with low sample fluid quantities and short measurement time.

Compact measurements, lightweight frame and an integrated leak sensor ensure ease of use, while KS-40AF employs a monolithic type sapphire cell that supports a wide range of fluid measurement, including hydrofluoric acid.
