Rees Scientific - Environmental Monitoring Systems, Integrated Access-Control and Automated Watering Solutions

Rees Scientific's three-point play provides environmental monitoring systems, integrated access-control and automated watering solutions. We monitor temperature, humidity, light and air-flow, as well as control room-lighting, automatic watering and access processes.

Always expandable, divisible and network-compatible, Rees systems provide you with alarm notification, programming flexibility, rich documentation and a host of other features, including easy-to-use software that offers real-time readings and extensive user-friendly features and benefits.

CENTRONEMS ENVIRONMENTAL MONITORING SYSTEM

Our CentronEMS environmental monitoring system puts control of your facility into the hands of the investigators, the director and the staff managing the facility. Our environmental monitoring systems are capable of monitoring a diverse range of laboratory equipment, including freezers, refrigerators, stability chambers, incubators, walk-ins and LN2 tanks.

We meet a wide array of stringent regulatory agency requirements for environmental monitoring and validation, including FDA 21CFR11, GxP, JCAHO and USDA. A single Centron system can monitor a diverse facility with multiple locations across a building, town or country, while providing instant data access and sophisticated analysis directly from your computer.

In addition to keeping your products safe at all times, Centron provides up-to-date information on your entire lab. Whether it is a system-wide report or specific unit interrogation, every Centron investigation gives you detailed, easy-to-understand, accurate accounts of all transactions within your monitoring system.

CENTRONSQL ENVIRONMENTAL MONITORING SYSTEM

The CentronSQL environmental monitoring system introduces more than 30 new enhancements, including advanced and custom reports utilizing crystal reports; an SQL or Oracle platform; 50 simultaneous users per node; independent logging rates for each input; new maximum logging rate of one minute; a scalable map; and graphical-input status reports.

Reports can be generated based on time, date, activity, input, event type or multiple criteria, allowing you access to what you need to know, when you need to know it. CentronSQL also offers new software alarm features: e-mail notification now provides users with more detail, including the input number, name, current reading, low limit and high limit.

In addition to monitoring your critical equipment and processes, the system monitors itself: BuddyWatch reports if a node goes off-line. While each node is independent and can log data and alarm without connectivity to the database engine, DatabaseWatch will dial out to report that the node is no longer connecting to the database engine.

MPX Comm and battery alarms warn if a MPX subpanel goes off-line. These additional alarms allow for telephone notification or e-mails to be made, and all standard alarming functions to occur.

WIRED AND WIRELESS SENSORS

Ideal for facilities that routinely move or relocate equipment, our wireless sensors allow you to monitor equipment that you previously could not. They are perfect for research animal holding-rooms and clean rooms where conduit is required, as well as temporary or rented facilities where you are not permitted to run data lines.

For economical monitoring of remote locations, we offer a device that can monitor up to 96 points, and is capable of buffering data if communication to the system is disrupted.

TRITON AUTOMATED WATERING SOLUTIONS

By eliminating the traditional water-bottle methods formerly employed, facilities can effectively reduce labor costs, decrease the risk of ergonomic injuries, and increase reliability and cleanliness. Our Triton automated watering solutions were designed for those facilities specializing in lab animal research, whilst our high-velocity re-circulating UV sterilization system is a reliable and less-expensive alternative to automatic-flushing systems.

Our systems are specifically designed to kill harmful micro-organisms like bacteria and viruses, as well as destroy volatile organic compounds, without introducing harmful chemicals into the water supply.

ENVIRONMENTAL HARDWARE EXPERIENCE

Rees Scientific combines over 20 years of experience in both environmental hardware design and validation protocol development to offer comprehensive packages for all of its systems.

Our field engineers follow an on-site IQ / OQ qualification test protocol that proves that your system operates as designated on your site. Our continually expanding line of monitors is matched only by our around-the-clock service and support team.
