CHROMATOGRAPHY REFRIGERATORS

RTF chromatography refrigerators are equipped with an interior duplex GFI receptacle. The triple-pane lockable glass doors, heavy-duty ozone-safe R134 condensing unit and constant refrigeration feed help to maintain the +1°C to +8°C temperature control. It also has two 2in access ports and a capillary tube metering system.

Optional accessories include:

• Alarm system: microprocessor-based audio / visual, high / low temperature
• Remote alarm - to interface with main alarm system
• Automatic phone dialer - to interface with main alarm system
• Seven-day electric temperature recorder with battery back-up
• Stainless shelves in lieu of pullout drawers
• Heavy-duty casters with locks

BLOOD BANK REFRIGERATORS AND PLASMA FREEZERS

RTF blood bank refrigerators are available in seven basic cabinet sizes designed to fit a variety of space and storage requirements. RTF blood bank refrigerators are equipped with heavy-duty hermetic compressors and direct airflow cooling systems to help maintain a vital operating temperature of +4°C with a ±1°C differential.

Blood plasma freezers are equipped with heavy-duty hermetic compressors and direct airflow cooling systems to maintain a vital operating temperature of -30°C with a ±1°C differential. RTF blood plasma freezers were designed and constructed to meet strict requirements established by the AABB, ANRC and FDA for blood plasma storage and safety. All models meet UL standards for safety and performance.

ULTRA-LOW TEMPERATURE FREEZERS

Ultra-low temperature freezers are designed and constructed for biological product storage. The ultra-low temperature freezers are equipped with heavy-duty hermetic compressors and gravity flow refrigerant cooling systems to maintain vital operating temperatures of -40°C to -86°C. All models meet UL standards for safety and performance.

LABORATORY REFRIGERATORS AND FREEZERS

Standard features of laboratory refrigerators and freezers include:

• Various finishes available - white enamel, beige enamel and stainless steel
• Temperature control - microprocessor-based electronic control, factory set to operate at +4°C with a ±1°C differential
• Thermometer - LED digital temperature display
• Interior lights - with door-activated on/off switch
• High-density CFC-free urethane foam insulation - reduces operational costs by protecting unit from ambient temperature fluctuation
• Keyed door locks - provides added security
• Automatic defrost - maximizes cooling capacity
• Electric condensate removal - eliminates the need for drain lines
• Heavy-duty adjustable shelves - completely adjustable without use of tools
• Industrial-grade hermetically sealed compressors - sound insulated to reduce noise
• Forced air circulation - keeps temperature consistent at all levels
• Coldwall construction available
• Various voltages available

BIOLOGICAL PHARMACY REFRIGERATORS

The biological pharmacy refrigerators come with similar standard features to the laboratory refrigerators and freezers, but with a few additions:

• Interior lights - high-output fluorescent lighting
• Heavy-duty stainless pullout drawers - full extension for easy access to products
• Double-pane glass doors - helps reduce condensation build-up
• Other combinations of drawers and shelves are available - stainless shelves in place of pullout drawers
