VIALS AND CULTURE TUBES

Sword provide the only low-level certified vials on the market for Total Organic Carbon (TOC) testing and sampling. Several sizes of container are available, including the popular 40ml auto-sampler vials and culture tubes, all of which are cleaned, certified and ready to use. Each lot of vials is tested and certified to contribute <10ppb or <20ppb TOC as background and certificates of analysis are included.

The main applications of these vials are off-line and grab sampling of high-purity water. The vials allow EP testing criteria to be met. The 40ml vials are compatible with most automated TOC instruments.

VIALS FOR VOLATILE ORGANIC SAMPLING

Available in amber, clear or borosilicate glass, Sword's range of vials exceeds EPA standards for volatile organic sampling. Ranging in capacity from 20ml to 60ml, the vials are supplied with polypropylene caps and have a customer choice of cleaning procedure, open or closed top septa and packaging options. All are compatible with the full range of laboratory auto samplers.

BOSTON ROUND BOTTLES

These narrow-mouth bottles make filling and pouring easier and are ideal for liquid sampling. Sword supplies Boston round bottles in clear or amber glass. Cleaning procedures ensure that certification meets or exceeds EPA standards for metals, pesticides and sampling for semi-volatiles.

Ranging in capacity from 125ml up to 1L, Boston round bottles are supplied complete with a polypropylene cap with a choice of liners and septa.

STORAGE JUGS

Available in either 2.5L or 4.0L capacity, these amber storage bottles protect light sensitive samples. The storage jugs are ideal for metals, pesticide and semi-volatile sampling. They come supplied with polypropylene caps and PTFE liners.

WIDE-MOUTH JARS

Wide-mouth jars are the preferred containers for solid, semi-solid and hazardous waste sampling applications. Ranging in capacity from 60ml to 2.5L and available in clear or amber for light sensitive applications, Sword supplies wide-mouth jars complete with caps and PTFE septa or liners.

HDPE AND LDPE SAMPLING CONTAINER RANGE

Sword's range of Boston round bottles, jugs, straight-sided jars, cubitainers and wide-mouth jars make a comprehensive HDPE and LDPE sampling container range.

These containers are recommended for cyanide, fluoride and metals sampling. Containers range in capacity from 60ml up to 4L. All containers include a polypropylene cap and polyethylene liner.

NALGENE BOTTLES FOR CYANIDE, FLUORIDE AND METAL SAMPLING

Nalgene narrow and wide-mouth bottles are available in capacities from 30ml up to 1L. All containers are supplied complete with a Nalgene polypropylene cap which is liner-less to provide a secure seal.
