PERIFLEX ROBOTIC FILLING STATION

Periflex™ is a peristaltic pump based tube and vial filling system designed for a wide range of filling tasks. It has many applications in the pharmaceutical, diagnostic kit manufacturing and general laboratory environments.

The entire fluid path in the Periflex™ is completely removable and autoclavable making it suitable for dispensing liquids aseptically. It also features a high-power septum piercing option for filling containers fitted with rubber stoppers - without having to remove them first!

Periflex™ is controlled by a very flexible software package which includes event logging, tube specific processing and many other advanced features normally associated with much more expensive robotic systems.

The Guardian is a high-capacity, high-throughput RSP system with a wide range of accessories. It is well established in a variety of demanding applications and is designed for laboratories processing hundreds of samples each day. Some of the Guardian's options include:

DILUTERS, DISPENSERS AND PRECISION SYRINGE MODULES

All incorporate the latest stepper motor and control technology to provide the highest level of precision and accuracy achievable. Each model is extremely robust and is designed to retain the highest performance levels when operated under continuous operation.

The Compudil 3 provides dual syringe flexibility combined with a choice of three control methods. The Compudil 310 and 320 offer cost effective pipetting and dilution with a choice of nine pre-programmed routines. The Compudil 330 and 340 provides the same level of liquid handling capabilities but with control provided by an external RS232 link. Finally the Compudil LR is designed to be panel mounted and is primarily designed for OEM and special projects.
