AUTO DE-PALLETIZER MACHINES

Jieh Hong auto de-palletizer machines are designed for empty PE bottles, PP bottles, PET bottles and tin plate bottles. The English language display interface control panel on the auto de-palletizer machine automatically displays error messages and a position guide for operations. The auto de-palletizer features automatic paper removal combined with automatic stacking to avoid manual removal operations.

The other features include automatically stacking empty bottle pallets, automatic operation of pallets equipped with a frequency inverter for smooth motion without damaging the bottles, automatic collection of empty bottle pallets and low bed construction for maintenance convenience.

MONOBLOCK RINSING / FILLING / CAPPING MACHINE FOR LIQUID BEVERAGE FILLING

The filling speed range is from 100 bottles per minute to 500 bottles per minute based on 500ml or 600ml PET bottles. Our auto rinsing, filling capping machines use a screw shaft and a star wheel to fill bottles. The machine exterior is covered with tempered glass and the parts contacting with the materials are made of anticorrosive stainless steel 316#. To prevent bottles from jamming the in-feed and out-feed, sensors automatically stop the machine by setting off an alarm and displaying an error message on the touch screen.

TUNNEL PASTEURIZER

The tunnel pasteurizer has three functions. One is pasteurization for low-acid drinks, another is as a cooling function for hot filled drinks, and finally it can provide a warning function for carbonated drinks after filling.

The basic principle is that water is used as a heat exchange medium. The sterilizing water is heated through a tube type heater and is evenly sprayed on the bottle or can surface to increase the product temperature to sterilizing level. After sterilizing, the product is moved to the cooling area. Through spraying cold water, the product is returned to room temperature. All used water is recycled.

LABELLING MACHINE

The labelling machines are equipped with rid adjust knife sets and adjustable razor blades to save time. Jieh Hong offers four knife sets for bottles with diameters including:

CASE PACKER

Jieh Hong case packer machines are used for packing and wrapping tin plate cans, PE bottles, PP bottles, PET bottles, glass bottles and aluminium foil boxes. The features include:

• Automatic error messages display for convenient troubleshooting
• Fully wrapped shallow carton packing operations
• Indexing transmission system to eliminate inaccurate packing problems
• Encoder to ensure consistent glue spraying length on each carton, calculates glue spraying

AUTOMATIC PALLETIZER

The automatic palletizer is designed for stacking various types of cartons, boxes and plastic baskets. Features include:

• Carton stacking quantity and layers can be set on the user-friendly control panel
• Touch-sensing screen provides capability for memorizing the stacking programs
• All parts are equipped with grease nipples for convenient lubrication and maintenance
• Low bed construction for convenient repairing and trouble shooting

STRETCH WRAPPING MACHINE

The stretch wrapping machines offer protection and stability during transportation and storage of pallets. They are equipped with hinged tower and built-in forklift shoes making the stretch wrapping machine very portable.

AUTOMATIC EMPTY BOTTLE UNSCRAMBLER

Jieh Hong auto empty bottle unscrambler machine is designed for empty plastic bottles. They use belt acceleration to deliver bottles in regular and reverse directions into the erect wheel of the vertical main machine. This ensures the empty bottles stand on the lift plate main machine.
