MET 30+ PHARMACEUTICAL VERTICAL FALL METAL DETECTOR

The MET 30+ pharmaceutical vertical fall metal detector has been developed to provide the most effective solution to removing unwanted metallic particles from bulk materials using a sealed valve reject mechanism. The vertical fall unit is a compact design for easy installation in material handling systems whilst offering high levels of sensitivity. Early detection of contamination affords significant cost savings and protection of downstream machinery.

Lock Inspection Systems has developed a data management software system that can operate metal detectors and checkweighers networked together at a remote PC. Diagnostics, set-up, interrogation routines and real-time data are retrieved and performed via a PC with reports being transmitted instantly.

CK CHECKWEIGHER FOR THE INSPECTION OF UNDER OR OVERWEIGHT PRODUCTS

The CK checkweigher is designed to check under or overweight products quickly and accurately, whilst maintaining high throughput rates. A bright touchscreen display incorporates a wide range of statistical data, which can be viewed from the screen or remotely via a data management software system. The CK can also be combined with the MET 30+ and operated as one unit.
