PROTECTING AND ENHANCING OUR CUSTOMERS' COLD CHAINS Sensitech's mission is to protect and enhance our customers' cold chains, enabling supply chain partners to ensure pharmaceutical products maintain their identity, strength, quality and purity throughout the entire distribution life cycle. The underlying goal is to partner with our customers to protect their product's efficacy and overall quality while demonstrating and documenting the required control to regulatory authorities. Sensitech's vision is to deliver cold chain visibility solutions, defined as ensuring that the right product, will be in the right place, at the right time and in the right condition. COLD CHAIN PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT, RECORDING AND ANALYSISSensitech offers solutions for measuring, recording, analysing, and improving cold chain performance. Our solutions and products are listed below. Validated data acquisition instruments: for in-transit, in-storage and in-process environmental monitoring. Enterprise software applications: to provide validated web-enabled, scalable data management, analysis and exception reporting. Life science professional services: including cold chain analytics, these services allow companies to identify and apply corrective actions based on meaningful variability across their cold chain. Primary examples of our life sciences professional services include shipping studies and thermal mapping studies. COLD CHAIN MONITORING DEVICESSensitech instruments provide identification of temperature and/or humidity excursions beyond acceptable levels. The information collected is used to determine the quality of temperature-sensitive products. In addition, analysis of the information can be used to determine liability for insurance purposes. For in-transit and in-process applications, the data instrument offering includes the TempTale® line of electronic temperature and humidity monitors - the most widely used brand, worldwide. Sensitech's monitoring devices also include a low-cost TagAlert® monitor, designed specifically for smaller shipments, typically occurring during the 'last mile' of the distribution cycle. ADVANCED LIFE SCIENCE PROFESSIONAL SERVICE SOLUTIONS Beyond its traditional monitoring programs, Sensitech offers a series of advanced life science professional service solutions designed to map and analyse complex cold chains and provide process improvement. Examples of these programs include shipping and thermal mapping studies. These specific solutions have been designed in response to the USP General Chapter <1079> 'Good Storage and Shipping Practices', published August 1, 2005. Shipping studies offer insight into controllable shipping variables including packaging, carriers, delivery times and routes – providing documentation to support your risk management decisions and identifying the optimal balance between controllable costs and uncontrollable risks. Thermal mapping studies include facility, trailer and container thermal mapping. These services provide the required documentation for mapping the temperature profile of and variances within a facility, trailer or container. INNOVATIVE COLD CHAIN SOLUTIONS PROVIDER Sensitech invests heavily in technical, customer and support services. Our ongoing research and development programs enhance and expand our product offering and consulting services. We're at the cutting edge of cold chain management, continuously developing innovative solutions, so we can better protect your perishables. We're also expanding beyond traditional condition monitoring to include tracking, pedigree and authentication, a set of services we refer to as supply chain integrity.
