We can customize tank volumes, surface finish (up to Ra O.1um, electropolished). Product contact surfaces are 304L to 316L stainless steel with other alloys available. Surface finishes are from 2B/mill passivated or satin matte/glass bead to 320 grit polished. A wide selection of agitation and chemical mixer tanks, heat exchange surface and baffle designs, insulation and cladding, cone bottoms for viscous products, leg or lug supports and many others are available. We regularly build to ASME, USDA, API and DOT/UN specifications.

Tank Solutions is a leading supplier of PTFE- lined ISO tank containers and portable tanks for ultra - high purity chemicals worldwide. These pressurized containers are fabricated in accordance with ASME, DOT, UN and IMDG codes. Our tanks are coated with high build fluoropolymer coatings and linings. The coatings are bonded to the substrate at or at the tensile strength of the resin, 4,000psi - 5,000psi and are applied without weld seams or heat affected zones typical of sheet lining processes.

For pharmaceutical and biotech applications we have United States Pharmacopeia, USP Class VI, approvals, FDA compliant the highest rating for any plastic coating or lining. We also comply with FDA Rule 24 requirements and ESFDA (21 CFR Part 58) USEPA (40 CFR PART 160) approvals.
