Grindeks at International Exhibition CPhi Worldwide

On 13-15 October Grindeks will participate in the leading exhibition on pharmaceutical ingredients and allied industries, CPhI Worldwide, in Feria de Madrid, Spain. During the exhibition Grindeks will promote its products and services meeting global quality standards in the field of research and manufacturing of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), as well as cooperation opportunities concerning development, contract manufacturing and registration of the final dosage forms (FDF). Grindeks has all the necessary resources to successfully compete in the global pharmacy market and provide a completely integrated and high-quality range of services to customers.
The opportunities of new APIs scale-up laboratory
The new APIs scale-up laboratory provides not only opportunities for researching new products, but also creates competence for the manufacturing of products in small batches at reasonable prices for niche pharmaceutical products by applying technologies of global level and meeting cGMP standards, as well as specific requirements of clients. The laboratory has obtained GLP quality certificate confirming compliance of the work organisation with international laboratory standards, thereby the results of chemical analyses made in the laboratory are recognised within the entire EU.
Final dosage forms contract manufacturing services
Customised FDF contract manufacturing services carried out in Grindeks brand new manufacturing plant will also be offered to the interested parties. All the processes in the plant correspond to the global pharmaceutical industry standards and are organised in compliance with GMP and ISO quality standards, a room cleanliness level of Class D is ensured, modern and powerful technologies are installed in the plant, as well as a modern automatic control system. Capacity of the plant is 1.5 billion tablets and 500 million capsules per year.
Final dosage forms development and registration services
FDF development and registration services will also be included in the scope of Grindeks' offer, namely, high-quality translation of the documentation prepared in eCTD format, adaptation in compliance with legislation of the respective country, development of packing and usage instructions, as well as registration of the product in the respective market.
