Nantong Jinghua Pharmaceutical produces and manufactures a wide range of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) and chemical pharmaceutical intermediates. These are supplied as tablets, pills, granulars, capsules, injections, dispersers, syrups and more than 200 medicines. In total, we manufacture 50 types of APIs and chemical pharmaceutical intermediates.

We manufacture phenobarbital and primidone for the treatment of convulsant conditions such as anxiety and epilepsy, 5-fluorouracil for carcinomas treatment, piroxicam for anti-inflammatory purposes and phenylbutazone for rheumatic arthritis. Nantong Jinghua also produces propylthiouracil for the treatment of hyperthyroidism and flucytosine for mycotic infections.

PHENOBARBITAL - ALKALI HYDROXIDES AND CARBONATES

Phenobarbital is a white crystalline powder that is very slightly soluble in water, freely soluble in alcohol and soluble in ether. It forms water-soluble compounds with alkali hydroxides, carbonates and ammonia. Phenobarbital can be used as a sedative, hypnotic and anti-convulsant agent. Phenobarbital can also be used in the treatment of anxiety, insomnia, epilepsy and convulsions.

5-FLUOROURACIL - CARCINOMAS TREATMENT

5-Fluorouracil is a crystalline powder that is sparingly soluble in water, slightly soluble in alcohol and practically insoluble in ether. 5-Fluorouracil is an anti-tumour drug used for the treatment of carcinomas of the colon, rectum, stomach, liver, head, neck, skin, etc. 5-Fluorouracil is also used in treating chorionic epithelioma and malignant hydatid moles.

PIROXICAM - NON-STEROID ANTI-INFLAMMATORY

Piroxicam is a white or slightly yellow crystalline powder, practically insoluble in water, soluble in methylene chloride and sparingly soluble in ethanol. Piroxicam is a new type of non-steroid anti-inflammatory agent used for the treatment of acute and chronic rheumatic arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis and acute gout arthritis. Piroxicam exerts marked analgesic, anti-inflammatory and anti-swelling actions.

PHENYLBUTAZONE - TREATMENT OF RHEUMATIC AND RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS

Phenylbutazone is a crystalline powder, practically insoluble in water, soluble in ether and sparingly soluble in alcohol. Phenylbutazone dissolves in alkaline solutions and is used for the treatment of rheumatic and rheumatoid arthritis, gout and similar conditions.

PRIMIDONE - EPILEPSY TREATMENT

Primidone is a white or almost white crystalline powder that is slightly soluble in water and alcohol and practically insoluble in chloroform and ether. An anti-epilepsy drug, it is specifically used in the treatment of grand mal, psychomotor and focal epileptic seizures.

PROPYLTHIOURACIL - HYPERTHYROIDISM TREATMENT

Propylthiouracil is a white or almost white crystalline powder or crystal which is very slightly soluble in water, slightly soluble in alcohol and very slightly soluble in ether. It dissolves in solutions of alkali hydroxides. Propylthiouracil is an antithyroid agent with thyroid synthesis inhibiting effects. It is used in the treatment of hyperthyroidism and for preparation before surgery.

FLUCYTOSINE - MYCOTIC INFECTION TREATMENT

Flucytosine is an anti-fungal agent applied in the treatment of mycotic infections caused by oidiomycetes and cryptococcus. Flucytosine is a crystalline powder that is sparingly soluble in water, slightly soluble in ethanol and practically insoluble in ether.
