ACTIVATED PEGS AND PEGYLATION TECHNOLOGY

NOF produces the best quality activated PEGs in the world from our high-quality methoxypoly (ethylene glycol) (mPEG). NOF also offers our proprietary branched activated PEGs, high-purity multi-arm PEGs and their activated derivatives, heterofunctional PEGs, and activated PEGs tailored to meet our customers' needs.

PHOSPHOLIPIDS AND EMPTY LIPOSOMES

NOF has successfully supplied GMP-grade phospholipids for worldwide drug products since the 1990s, with outstanding customer feedback. New types of phospholipid and pre-formulated lyophilized liposomes, so-called empty liposome (COATSOME® EL-series), have been developed. Customers can easily encapsulate their drugs in their own facilities. Special cationic type EL-01-D liposomes were recently commercialized for gene delivery, providing better transfection efficiency.

In addition, NOF supplies functionalized phospholipids which are utilized for drug targeting. Maleamide, N-hydroxy-succimide, amine or carboxylic acid are available with or without PEG adjacent. A lipid mixture for producing transferrin-attached liposome is also available for cancer targeting.

ULTRA-PURE OLEIC ACID AND ULTRA-PURE POLYSORBATE 80

NOF's polysorbate 80 (NOFABLE® ESO-9920) consists of ultra-purified oleic acid (>99%) with an extremely low impurity profile, providing the following outstanding features of polysorbate 80:

ULTRA-PURE PEG 200, 300 AND 400

Ultra purified PEGs of PEG 200, 300 and 400 are only available at NOF, which are extremely low impurities of Ethylene Glycol (EG) and Diethylene Glycol (DEG) with low peroxide products. NOF's PEG 200, 300 and 400 meet with multi-compendial NF, EP and JP standards.

HYDROPHOBIC DRUG SOLUBILIZING KIT; PUREBRIGHT® SL SERIES

PUREBRIGHT® SL series is novel solubilizing kits for poorly water-soluble drugs. This kit is easy to use and could be useful for NCE screening or toxicological testing. The PUREBRIGHT SL series contains:
