Fine Chemicals Sales introduced CRM system, which goes live as from January 2008.
The new application provides an unified view of customer information and interactions through sales portal, real time database with actionable information, and expanding expertise through collaboration and knowledge transfer. Based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM gives the possibility to share information, accelerate sales, identify new opportunities, and deliver more consistent customer service.
