In order to enhance innovative thinking throughout the organization, Polpharma collects and awards the best ideas as an Innovations of the Year.
Innovation is an important aspect of every company success and the guarantee of its market competitiveness. In the era of globalization and constant technological and knowledge revolutions, aiming towards innovation is not just a fad, but opposite - an overwhelming imperative of our times.
Management of Polpharma, aware of those challenges, in June 2007 called into being the Innovation Office. Its mission is to enable and promote innovative activities within the scope of processes and services.
The Innovation Office Committee and Innovation Community Leaders of the particular areas, has chosen the Innovations of the Year among the innovations submitted and accepted until May 2008.
On June 28th 2008, during Polpharma Day, 3 out of 80 innovative and brilliant ideas inventoried till May 2008 have been awarded during the venue and have received an honorary mention for their contribution to Polpharma success.
