Aegis Ampoules and Vials provide world-class glass ampoules and tubular vials to the pharmaceutical industry. Our production lines consist of electronic, pneumatic and computer/PLC-controlled ampoule and vials formation machinery, controlled rate cooling system, online electronic sensors to check all quality parameters including dimensions, online printing, individual annealing and packaging.

OXYGEN PLANT AND PROPANE TANK FACILITY

This hi-tech equipment ensures accuracy during the critical shaping and sizing of ampoules and vials during thermoforming from glass tubings. Furthermore, they carefully control the processing temperature and accuracy in calibration, thereby significantly reducing damage to glass properties during the entire process and achieving minimal surface reactivity. The in-house oxygen plant and propane tank facility ensure consistency in gas pressure during the conversion process.
