ILC Dover has announced that it has acquired JetSolutions in Rossens, Switzerland.

JetSolutions has extensive experience in powder/liquid mixing and processing operations, including dosing, powder conveying, liquid mixing, and delumping.

The company provides turnkey installations from design through installation and service. Adding their experience and capabilities to Grayling Industries, which ILC Dover acquired in 2013, allows ILC Dover to provide a broad range of solutions from bulk packaging to processing.

ILC Dover president Fran DiNuzzo said: "The addition of the JetSolutions business, technology and employees to the ILC Dover family will enable us to more fully meet the needs of customers in the pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, chemical, foods and personal care markets.

"Together with the capabilities of ILC Dover’s DoverPac containment solutions and the Grayling line of packaging products, we can now address critical customer challenges from processing of materials, to critical containment needs to the packaging of intermediate products."

JetSolutions SA core strength is its ability to design and build custom manufacturing systems based on the unique needs of its customers.

System components are assembled and tested by JetSolutions SA prior to onsite installation to ensure optimal performance and system integrity.

JetSolutions SA managing director and co-owner Patrick Mayor said: "Being part of ILC Dover greatly expands our customer network, financial capabilities and ability to develop new solutions.

"Being part of a company with a rich history and track record of success and innovation is really an honour."

New ILC Dover is a portfolio company of Behrman Capital, a private equity investment firm based in New York and San Francisco.

ILC Dover LP, Grayling Industries and JetSolutions operate as wholly owned subsidiaries of New ILC Dover.
