Primary pharmaceutical plastic packaging

Containers and tamper-evident caps

Our standard ranges, Cerbo Classic and Cerbo Solid in HDPE, LDPE and PP, include a wide choice of container sizes and different cap solutions with tamper-evident features. If required, different desiccant and child-resistant options are available. Our child-resistant cap is approved according to ISO 8317:2004.

It is possible to have Cerbo Classic caps and containers delivered in different standard colours, such as silver, frosted transparent, green, frosted amber, black, red and yellow. More colours are available upon request and customised colour options are also part of our product offer.

User-friendly, tamper-evident caps with child-resistant features and desiccant options

The Cerbo Classic range is available from 40ml to 600ml, and offers three different cap designs with user-friendly and desiccant options. The caps are available in two different sizes to fit all container sizes. All three cap designs are tamper-evident and have either an inner membrane or an external guarantee ring. The caps are assembled through a push-on system and the containers have a narrow neck design. Caps and containers are available in different colours.

The Cerbo Solid range comprises five different sizes, from 20ml to 175ml. One cap fits all different container sizes. The threaded cap is available with or without child-resistant features and/or desiccant options. The caps are assembled through a screw-on system and the containers have a narrow neck design. The complete solid line packaging is extremely tight, and is a good choice when your product requires a high-quality packaging.

Quality and hygiene standards

The manufacturing operations at Nolato Cerbo use state-of-the-art technology and apply all relevant quality and hygiene standards, and we are certified in accordance with ISO 15378, ISO 9001, PS 9000 as well as ISO 14001. Air cleanliness in manufacturing zones is within the specifications for ISO class 8 clean zone, according to ISO-14644-1:1999. We operate vision control systems throughout the production process in order to immediately detect any dimensional and visual imperfections.

All of our products conform to the European pharmacopoeia and the requirements for FDA registration with a Type III Drug Master File, DMF No.18790. We focus on providing a high level of security with our products.
