HIGH-QUALITY PACKAGING FOR PHARMACEUTICALS

Gerresheimer Plastic Packaging boasts of three production facilities, clean-room conditions, and a chemical and microbiological laboratory. All production is carried out in accordance with GMP regulation and our products meet ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.

Gerresheimer's in-house development, production, QA/QC, logistics and sales / marketing are all supported by the international CRM system. We are also registered with the FDA - DMF type III.

With a high level of quality and documentation systems, along with the latest IT technology support, our objective is to maintain and strengthen our position in the market for pharmaceutical plastic packaging.

TAMPER-EVIDENT CLOSURE SYSTEMS FOR TABLET CONTAINERS

Gerresheimer Plastic Packaging's latest development is Duma Twist-Off, a new tamper-evident closure system for tablet containers, which we manufacture internally together with the integrated desiccant.

At our Danish plant in Vaerloese we have built a state-of-the-art clean-room production facility in which the moisture-absorbing capsules are created in a single process under fully automated control. Through production of all the components under one roof, external influences are excluded as completely as possible – which above all means maximum safety. In parallel, economic considerations play a role: the integrated production concept provides a base on which top quality can be realised at a stable cost level.

The innovation extends to the entire spectrum of desiccant closures in the Duma product range – including a wide variety of high-quality, tamper-evident packaging for the large market for tablets.

With the new Duma Twist-Off generation now perfected in every regard, we have created a new, future-oriented category of complementary systems.

The Duma Twist-Off is immediately available without restriction: additional registrations are easy to do since the necessary documentation is already prepared and the same material as before is used in all the components.
