Our medical packaging production machinery includes Barmag five-layer co-extrusion blown film extrusion lines, Davis-Standard / Egan high speed extrusion laminators (up to 60in widths), Windmoller & Holscher dry laminators, Reifenhauser blown film extrusion lines (up to three-layer co-extrusion), and FMC bag making machines.

EASY PEEL FILMS

With manufacturing and design technology acquired from Germany and the USA, Tip Corporation pioneers in manufacturing easy peel films for the medical device industry in South East Asia.

STERILIZATION POUCHES AND BAGS

Tip Corporation's range of sterilization pouches for pharmaceutical applications includes breathable bags, header bags, tweak pouches, paper pouches, and centre strips / ribbon pouches.

CONTROLLED ENVIRONMENT PRODUCTION FACILITIES

Our production facilities consist of a controlled environment film extrusion, lamination and slitting area, cleanrooms certified up to class 100 for the conversion process, and third part pest control services.
