2nd December 2003 - FlexLink is pleased to offer a new generation of the PCB handling platform providing high quality, reliable solutions for a wide range of handling requirements. All modules have ESD safe designs and are CE marked.
The complete product range utilizes a patent pending modular “open transfer” rail system connected to a precision guided width adjust system. The width adjust system serves as the base platform for all products.
The highly modularised line possesses the same standard elements used for several other FlexLink modules with enhanced reconfiguration capacity. The modules have been designed with simple maintenance and spare requirements and boast an attractive and ergonomic design.
The range of standard FlexLink modules includes conveyors, buffer systems, loading/unloading, turn/flip, elevators, and access modules. More information regarding the standard range is available under Our Products - “PCB Handling”.
FlexLink supports these products by utilizing its vast network of service and manufacturing sites throughout the world. Together with authorized system partners FlexLink operates in more than 50 countries. FlexLink offers unprecedented support that is available 24 hours a day 365 days a year. If required, FlexLink can have an authorized trained technician on site within a matter of hours.
In addition to this service, FlexLink stocks standard replacement parts within its service network. FlexLink can also offer to its customer's consignment parts inventory's that can be located at the customer's facility.
