Miniature Dewpoint Transmitter from Vaisala

The Vaisala DRYCAP® dewpoint transmitter DMT142 is a small-size dewpoint measurement instrument designed for industrial OEM applications like air dryers and plastics dryers. Due to its compact size and low-maintenance technology, dewpoint measurement can now be included in even the smallest air dryers. The DMT142 measures fast and reliably in a wide dewpoint range, and has very low maintenance needs due to the excellent long-term stability.
The lasting high performance is achieved with Vaisala DRYCAP polymer sensor technology, which includes innovations like the patented autocalibration feature. Because the sensor fully withstands getting wet, the transmitter performs exceptionally well in applications that occasionally experience process water spikes.
The DMT142 has a variety of features to choose from including different output and installation options. The housing is designed for conditions that require protection against dust, dirt and splashed water. The measurement can be performed directly in systems at 20bar maximum pressure. For field checking the DMT142, a hand-held meter is also available from Vaisala.
