Flexicon liquid filling offers aseptic filling machines and capping systems for pharmaceutical, biotech and diagnostic applications. Designed for use in sterile environments, Flexicon aseptic filling machines offer a high degree of accuracy with documented precision. When used with asepticsu filling solutions, offering a single-use sterile fluid path, cross-contamination is eliminated, ensuring fast and efficient validation.

Flexicon offers a range of products that can be adapted and expanded to accommodate growth; from stand-alone units for manual filling, through semi-automatic systems, to fully automated filling, stoppering and capping machines. The fully automated systems are customised to fit any glass vial, plastic bottle, test tube, eye dropper or non-self-standing microtube. Filling volumes range from 0.1ml to more than 1l.

Available in over 40 standard sizes plus custom sizes, Watson-Marlow tubing provides excellent application and chemical capability. We offer a range of biopharmaceutical grade tubing for peristaltic pumping and transfer use, including Pumpsil, PureWeldXL and Bioprene. Flexicon also produce Accusil - platinum-cured silicone tubing developed for use with Flexicon fillers. Both Flexicon Accusil and Watson-Marlow Pumpsil are laser-etched with part number, lot number and use by date for 100% traceability.
