NEW GENERATION PERISTALTIC PUMPS

Watson-Marlow's new generation peristaltic pumps were designed to meet the needs of biotech, pharmaceutical and scientific pumping with long-life and gentle handling of shear sensitive fluids.

The new 323 series of peristaltic pumps brings power and performance to the laboratory bench top with single and multi-channel flows up to 2,000ml/min.

PRECISION DOSING AND METERING

The new 520 peristaltic pumps provide precision dosing and metering with flow rates from microlitres up to 3.5L/min. Virtually pulse-free dosing / dispensing can be carried out by weight or volume, with accuracies of better than 0.5%. Dose size, batch quantity and interval time between doses is programmed into the pump for rapid dispensing applications - 100ml can be dispensed in less than three seconds.

HIGH-FLOW HYGIENIC PUMPS

For high-flow hygienic pumping, there is the combination of the 800 series pump and STA-PURE tubing. This pump is designed for hygienic pumping of up to 8,000L/hr. It also offers Clean-In-Place (CIP) and Steam-In-Place (SIP) facilities.

MANUAL, REMOTE OR AUTO-CONTROL PUMPS

Pumps can be manual, remote, or auto-control via analogue and digital signals from other instrumentation. Many models incorporate membrane keypads and menu-driven control for easy operation. IP66 NEMA 4X units are available for wet or dusty environments, and pneumatic or ATEX rated pumps for hazardous areas.
