Larox was awarded in the July quarter by new orders worth 6.7 million euros to supply 15 filters to chemical and mining companies in Chile, Colombia, Mexico, U.S.A, Germany, Denmark, Kazakhstan and China. Deliveries will take place at the end of this year and during the first quarter of 2007.

The largest order, worth approximately 1.5 million euros, consists of two Pannevis Vacuum Belt Filters with ancillaries, spares and a two- year service contract for the boric acid plant of Quimica e Industrial del Borax Limitada (Quiborax) in Chile. The order was preceded by four months pilot scale testing at Quiborax plant.

The other major order totalling approximately 1.1 million euros is for a gas tight Pannevis Vacuum Belt Filter to the edible oil plant of AarhusKarlshamn AS in Denmark. This is the third Pannevis filter to the same plant in Aarhus.

The received orders indicate the continuing positive business cycle in general for industrial investments in the global mining industry and now increasingly also in the chemical process industry.
