TDC manufactures high efficiency pleated filter cartridges, pleated baghouse bags and fabric baghouse bags and accessories for industrial dust collection, gas turbine inlet housings, coal-fired plants, powder coating spray booths, welding fume collectors and many more industrial process applications.

We specialise in custom, build-to-order air filtration products and have successfully worked with dozens of US and international OEMs. We offer FDA and food grade construction air filters, membrane filters, stainless steel filters, spun bond polyester and membrane filter media cartridges and pleated bags.

PLEATED CARTRIDGE FILTERS FOR DUST COLLECTORS

TDC provide quality air filters for horizontal and vertical dust collector units such as Donaldson®, Torit®, Farr®, American Air Filter®, Wheelabrator®, Pneumafil®, Scientific Dust Collectors®, Dust Hog®, as well as other OEM equipment. All cartridge filters meet or exceed industry standards. FDA and food grade, membrane, spun bond polyester and stainless steel cartridges are available.

PLEATED FILTER BAGS FOR BAGHOUSES

TDC Pleat+PLUS® pleated bags are direct replacements for conventional filter bags and cages. Pleated filter bag designs add two to three times effective cloth area to a traditional baghouse, therefore double or triple your baghouse efficiency. FDA and food grade pleated filter bags are available.

PLEATED CARTRIDGE FILTERS FOR POWDER COATING

Our pleated cartridge filters for powder coating are a high-quality alternative for premium priced brand-name filters for Nordson®, Gema®, Torit®, Volstatic®, Farr®, Tenkay®, Randsburg®, Wagner® and many other paint booth systems. Revolutionise your application by using TDC Filter spun bond polyester filters. You can reclaim more product, eliminate contaminate-related fisheyes as well as reducing the number of change-outs and quality reject.

CONICAL/CYLINDRICAL FILTER CARTRIDGES FOR GTS

We manufacture cylindrical and conical filter cartridges found in Donaldson GDS-1 and GDX, Braden, Pneumafil air inlet housings. The conical and cylindrical pleated cartridges are mounted together into a double-stack gas turbine air inlet housing. Features include:

• Initial efficiency rating - 99.97% at 0.5µ offering maximum turbine protection at the most critical moment, at the start-up
• Low pressure drop allowing for maximised efficiency and output
• Wide range of media selection
• Suitable for all types weather conditions; from moisture, to ambient air with elevated salt levels to below freezing temperatures
• Structural integrity - seamless gasketing, leak-eliminating moulded construction, continuously welded expanded metal inner and outer wrappers for added column strength, air-tight pleat-pack seal and more
• Environmentally friendly cartridges are fully incinerable and greatly reduce element disposal cost
• Designed for static and pulse jet type air inlet housings

Our manufacturing facilities are located in the US (Illinois and Virginia), Denmark and South Africa. We maintain large inventories of diverse product ready for shipment from three US warehouses (IL, VA and AB), as well as from the international locations.
