Body care products, detergents and cosmetics are being produced worldwide. Environmentally conscious companies are obliged to respect common environmental standards as well as local regulations, quickly and reliably. Differing national standards regarding infrastructure and accessible technologies on-site must be considered. Based on installation projects in Brazil, Russia and Africa, EnviroChemie has developed a modular container system, allowing connection of various purification modules, from pre-treatment via dissolved air flotation and membrane filtration with biological purification modules down to filtration and recycling. Additionally, EnviroFALK can provide modules for process water treatment.
Modular container systems are recommended and profitable if the daily wastewater volume is in the range of 20m³ to 500m³. The system is very flexible and can be customised to the individual needs of any company.
