CEPIA-Sanofi has been awarded the CMO leadership award within the categories quality, reliability, productivity and innovation by Life Science Leader.

The award reflects that executives responsible for making or influencing outsourcing decisions at pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical companies identified the business as a leading CMO.

The categories were defined as:

  • Reliability: The business meets all project milestones and timelines
  • Innovation: The business enhances in-house capabilities through a new idea, method or device
  • Quality: The business treats the project as if it was their own
  • Productivity: The business delivers on agreed objectives

An official ceremony was organised during the DCAT in New York on 18 March with all peers and the nominated company.

The CEPIA Team was proud to receive the Best In Class award.

CEPIA Sanofi vice-president Jacques Tavernier said: "CEPIA-Sanofi is honoured to receive CMO leadership award in four categories and by different industry sectors. It reflects our wide and complete offer named ONE-STOP-SHOP.

This year, the CMO awards were categorised by the five main categories of buyers of outsourced services, big pharmaceuticals, midsize/specialty pharmaceuticals, emerging, niche or start-up, as well as emerging biotechs.
