AEX-6003 is under development for the treatment of advanced or metastatic solid tumors including non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC), colorectal cancer (CRC), gastroesophageal cancer and pancreatic cancer. The drug candidate comprises of a high affinity humanized antibody with YTE mutation conjugated to DM21, with a stable peptide linker. It is administered through intravenous route.
