Azenosertib (ZNC-3) is under development for the treatment solid tumors including relapsed or refractory osteosarcoma, platinum sensitive ovarian cancer, fallopian tube, peritoneal carcinoma, pancreatic cancer, recurrent uterine serous carcinoma (USC), metastatic colorectal cancer, platinum resistant ovarian cancer, PARPi resistant ovarian cancer, glioblastoma multiforme, triple-negative breast cancer, HER2-negative breast cancer, relapsed, refractory and secondary acute myeloid leukemia.
