CRG-022 is under development for the treatment of pediatric, young and adult patients with relapsed or refractory acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), refractory or relapsed (r/r) Philadelphia chromosome positive acute lymphoblastic leukemia (Ph positive ALL), diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), primary mediastinal B-cell lymphoma, follicular lymphoma, marginal zone B-cell lymphoma and chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). It is a second generation m971 mAb-derived chimeric antigen receptors (CARs) T-cells transduced with lentivirus targeting CD22. It is administered through intravenous route as an infusion.
