EMB-07 is under development for the treatment of hematologic malignancies, metastatic solid tumors limiting to triple-negative breast cancer, lung adenocarcinoma, ovarian cancer, pancreatic cancer, colorectal cancer, gastric cancer, prostate cancer, bladder cancer, uterus cancer and relapse and refractory diffuse large b-cell lymphoma, mantle cell lymphoma and chronic lymphocytic leukemia. It acts by targeting tumor associated antigen (TAA), cells expressing inactive tyrosine protein kinase transmembrane receptor ROR1 (ROR1) and CD3 expressed on T-cells. and is being developed based on FIT-Ig (Fabs-In-Tandem Immunoglobulin) technology. The drug candidate is administered through intravenous route.
