G-100 overview

G-100 (ID-G100) is under development for the treatment of Merkel cell carcinoma, follicular non-Hodgkin lymphoma, marginal zone non-Hodgkin lymphoma, metastatic soft tissue sarcoma, unspecified B-cell lymphomas and other solid tumors. It is administered through intratumoral route. The vaccine candidate is developed based on GLAAS platform (GLA Adjuvant Systems). It contains a synthetic small molecule glucopyranosyl lipid A (GLA) that acts by targeting toll-like receptor-4 (TLR-4). It was under development for the treatment of head and neck cancer, diffuse large B-cell lymphoma and cutaneous T-cell lymphoma.
