Nemtabrutinib (ARQ-531) is under development for the treatment of arthritis, relapsed or refractory hematologic malignancies such as chronic lymphocytic leukemia, small lymphocytic lymphoma, Waldenstrom macroglobulinemia, B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma, mantle cell lymphoma, marginal zone lymphoma and diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.
